TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Tickets are only valid for the time and date shown on your ticket. Tickets are only valid for the current season, year and production. Tickets can't be transferred to to following years, seasons or productions.

​

2.  Tickets are non-refundable except when we have to cancel a performance before it has started.

​

3.  No cash refunds or reverse card transactions are available on the day of the performance.

​

4.  Programmes can not be refunded.

​

5.  Refunds, for performances cancelled by us and prior to the performance starting, can be obtained by emailing the company. Please note we are a VERY small operation, extremely busy when touring and often away from the office for weeks, therefore, refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed. We will, however, do our very best to process refunds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Alternatively you may wish to rebook for another performance of the same production within the same season/year. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link below. Refunds for performances cancelled by us must be claimed before the end of the current performance season or schedule or within 30 days of the original date of the cancelled performance.

6. If the performance has started, and we have to cancel it, tickets will not be refunded, however, ticket holders for the canceled performance are entitled to a free replacement ticket for another performance of the same production during the season. Replacement tickets are subject to availability and must be pre-booked via our website. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link below.

7.  If weather conditions mean that we are unable to perform outdoors we may transfer the performance to an indoor venue on the same date and time as the original outdoor performance. The venue will depend on what is available to us at the time and may or may not be local to the outdoor performance site. We will however do our best to use a venue that is as close to the original outdoor performance site as possible. Tickets can not be refunded if we have to do this, however, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to an alternative performance of the same production during the season/year (providing space is available). To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link above.

We may also have to change the date or time of a performance. If this is the case then ticket holders may either transfer their ticket to an alternative performance of the same production during the season/year (providing space is available. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link above.

8. If you have bought your ticket on the door with either cash or card, and we have to cancel a performance once it has started, you are entitled to a replacement ticket for another performance during the current season. To rebook your ticket please email therudes1948@gmail.com with the name of the venue, ticket type(s) and which date and venue you would like a replacement for.

9.  Ticket holders with additional needs are advised to contact the company in advance to advise us of any access requirements. We recommend that ticket buyers who use a wheelchair tick the 'Do you need space for a wheelchair?' box in the checkout when booking.

​

10. We do not provide chairs for our open air performances and ticket holders will be expected to provide their own 'low backed' camping chair (average shoulder height). Chairs with a high back may be deemed unsuitable due to blocking the view for other audience members. If your chair is deemed unsuitable you will be moved to another spot in the arena or your chair may not be allowed at all. We provide chairs for all performances in The Little Big Top (ticket holders are advised to bring their own cushion).

11. Seating, or your place within the arena or The Little Big Top, is first come first served. We do not have numbered seating. 

​

12. Sitting on the floor is allowed in open air venues only. There is no dedicated floor sitting space.

​

13. Umbrellas are not allowed once the performance has started.

​

14. Picnics in the open air arena are not allowed after 7pm. Picnics inside The Little Top are not allowed.

​

15. Unless otherwise stated we do not make theatre shows specifically for children and our work is aimed at an adult audience.

​

16. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the arena for open air shows, however, we may ask for them to be taken out if they are not well behaved. Dogs are not allowed in the The Little Top (with the exception of assistance dogs).
