2.  Tickets are non-refundable except when we have to cancel a performance before it has started.

3.  No cash refunds or reverse card transactions are available on the day of the performance.

4.  Programmes can not be refunded.

5.  Refunds, for performances cancelled by us and prior to the performance starting, can be obtained by emailing the company. We will, however, do our very best to process refunds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. To find out how to claim your refund please see the 'HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND' link below. Alternatively you may wish to rebook for another performance of the same production within the same season/year. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link below. Refunds for performances cancelled by us must be claimed before the end of the current performance season or schedule or within 30 days of the original date of the cancelled performance.

6. If the performance has started, and we have to cancel it, tickets will not be refunded, however, ticket holders for the canceled performance are entitled to a free replacement ticket for another performance of the same production during the season. Replacement tickets are subject to availability and must be pre-booked via our website. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link below.

7.  If weather conditions mean that we are unable to perform outdoors we may transfer the performance to an indoor venue on the same date and time as the original outdoor performance. The venue will depend on what is available to us at the time and may or may not be local to the outdoor performance site. We will however do our best to use a venue that is as close to the original outdoor performance site as possible. Tickets can not be refunded if we have to do this, however, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to an alternative performance of the same production during the season/year (providing space is available). To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link above.

We may also have to change the date or time of a performance. If this is the case then ticket holders may either transfer their ticket to an alternative performance of the same production during the season/year (providing space is available. To do this please see the 'HOW TO REBOOK' link above.
