HOW TO rebook

Ticket holders are entitled to a replacement ticket to another performance during the season if we have to:

​

1. Cancel the performance in advance.

2. Cancel the performance once it has started.

3. Reschedule the performance to another date or time.

4. Reschedule the performance to an alternative indoor or outdoor venue.

To rebook please email therudes1948@gmail.com with the following information:

​

1. Name of original ticket booker.

2. Venue of the cancelled performance.

3. Number and type(s) of ticket to be rebooked.

​

Once we have received this information we will cancel your ticket and you will automatically be sent a voucher via email. The email will be sent to the email address of the original booker.

The email you will receive will look similar to this:

Make a note of the voucher code (highlighted in red) or copy it.

​

Then go to our website www.therudes.co.uk and click on book tickets. Find the alternative performance you would like to attend and continue to make a booking.

​

On the booking page you will see an option for 'Do you have a promo code?'.

​

Click on this and then enter the voucher code you have made a note of or copied.

​

Complete you booking as normal and the value of you voucher (the amount you paid for your original tickets) will be subtracted from the amount you have to pay.

Replacement tickets must be rebooked through our website and are subject to availability. 

 

Tickets can only be rebooked for the current season, year and production. Tickets can't be rebooked for following years, seasons or productions.
