1. What happens if a performance is cancelled?

If we cancel a performance before it has started, you can either request a refund or transfer your tickets free of charge to another performance of the same production during the current season, subject to availability.If a performance has already started but subsequently has to be abandoned because of weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds are not available. You may instead transfer your tickets free of charge to another performance of the same production during the current season, subject to availability.If we change the date or time of a performance, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Alternatively, you can transfer to another available performance of the same production during the current season or request a refund.If a performance is moved to a suitable nearby venue but remains on the same date and at the same time, your tickets will remain valid. Refunds are not available, but you may transfer to another performance of the same production during the current season, subject to availability.We will contact ticket holders by email if a performance is cancelled or significantly changed.For full details, including what happens when a performance is paused, relocated or rescheduled, please see our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. I’ve lost or can’t find my tickets. What should I do?

Don’t worry. First, please check your spam or junk folder, as ticket emails can occasionally end up there.If you still can’t find your tickets, you do not need to print them or have them with you when you arrive. We have a list of everyone who has booked, so simply give your name to our Front of House team and we will be able to find your booking.If you’re not sure whether you actually completed a booking, please contact us using the Contact Form before the performance. Tell us the name and email address you think you may have booked under and, if possible, which performance you were booking for, and we’ll check our booking system for you.

3. Can I change my tickets to another performance?

Yes, wherever possible we are happy to transfer your tickets free of charge to another performance of the same production during the current season, subject to availability.Please contact us using the Contact Form on our website, giving your name, the performance you are currently booked for and the performance you would like to transfer to.Please be aware that transfers cannot be carried forward to a future production or season.

4. Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.However, if the performance is sold out and we are operating a waiting list, we may be able to offer your unwanted tickets for resale. Please contact us using the Contact Form on our website if you would like us to try.We cannot guarantee that your tickets will be resold. A refund will only be given if we successfully resell them and will be processed after the performance has taken place.Different arrangements apply if we cancel or reschedule a performance. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Do I need to print my tickets?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no need to print your tickets or show them on your phone.Our Front of House team has a list of everyone who has booked. Simply give us your name when you arrive and we will check you in.

6. Can I buy tickets on the night?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the performance has not sold out.You can buy tickets from our Front of House team when you arrive. However, many of our performances do sell out, so we strongly recommend booking in advance if you know you would like to come.

7. Can I reserve tickets and pay on the night?

Accepted Answer

Generally, no. Tickets need to be paid for when you book and we cannot normally hold unpaid tickets.If you are having difficulty booking online or have a particular reason why you are unable to book in advance, please contact us using the Contact Form and we will do our best to help.

8. Are seats allocated?

Accepted Answer

No. Seating is unnumbered and available on a first-come, first-served basis.For our open-air performances, please bring your own standard-sized camping chair unless otherwise stated. You are also welcome to sit on the ground, but there is no dedicated ground-seating area, so we recommend arriving early. If you arrive later, we cannot guarantee that you will find a suitable place to sit on the ground with a clear view of the performance.For performances in our Little Big Top, chairs are provided, although we recommend bringing a cushion for additional comfort.If you have particular access requirements, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help.

9. Can you reserve a space for my seat?

Generally, no. Seating is unnumbered and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we cannot normally reserve spaces for individual audience members.The theatre site usually opens around 1½ hours before the performance, and you are very welcome to arrive then and set out your chairs. Once you have done so, you are welcome to leave the audience area and enjoy a picnic elsewhere before the performance begins.The same applies to performances in our Little Big Top. Chairs are provided, but you are welcome to arrive when the site opens and choose your seats before going elsewhere until the performance.If you have an access requirement which means you need a particular seating position, we may be able to help.
